We have good news and we have good news.
The good news is that Pathways has been warmly received by our new home buyers, and has been a great success so far. The demand for homes at Pathways has been huge, with many homesites already sold. Don’t worry, though: if you want to move in this fall, you still can, getting a special price and bonus upgrades while you’re at it.
The other good news is that a New Release of Pathways homesites is coming out soon. There will be a great new selection to choose from, including extra deep homesites backing onto existing estate homes with huge backyards, and homes in the luxurious Enclave neighbourhood.
