Brookfield Homes presenting a sponsorship cheque to the Town of Caledon
It was a Saturday filled with joyful events in Caledon East on October 2nd this year. For its third year now, Caledon Day gathers the community together for a fun day of events for families and friends to enjoy. We were there to witness the smiles and the laughs that the children and the parents were enjoying that day. Even though the weather that day was a bit cold and damp, there were still many participants, and we could still feel the energy in the air!
During the festivities, one of the major attractions is the Kinetico Run Festival – where all the children ran for a kilometre, women for five kilometres and men for ten. Both children and adults were competing against their neighbours while onlookers screamed and cheered them to the finish line. We also noticed a cute tent called the Family Village tent, organized by the Caledon Public Library, where children were entertained by the crafts, marble racing and stuffing scarecrows.
We’re excited to become part of such an active and glowing community in Caledon East. Pathways will become home to families who will share in the joy of this community. As a proud supporter of Caledon Day, we let residents of the community know about Pathways in Caledon East, and received a lot of interest and new registrants.
