What is Pathways?

Pathways is an exceptional new home community located in Caledon East, Ontario. 


This unique and picturesque community is in the midst of a thriving neighbourhood, with existing elementary and secondary schools, a library, and a community centre all at its doorstep. Pathways will feature two parks and a pond within the community, as well as six distinct neighbourhoods and many gorgeous pathways that will wind their way through the existing natural landscape. 


Pathways’ spectacular designs include bungalows and two-storey homes on homesites from 50 to 70 feet wide. 

Where is Pathways?




Pathways is located at the north-east corner of Old Church Rd. and Innis Lake Rd. in Caledon East, Ontario.


How do I sign up to get news about the community?

Will Pathways have a community park?


Pathways will have a main community park, Pathways Park, that will feature winding pathways, gorgeous landscaping, a butterfly garden, a basketball court, a playground for children, charming benches and a picturesque trellis welcoming residents into the park. There will also be a more remote park, Hideaway Park, which will feature natural landscaping and winding pathways. This second park is more private, perfect for a quiet evening stroll.






Why are there so many paths?





At Pathways, many pathways run through six unique neighbourhoods. Every path has its own theme and provides its own extraordinary experience. Out for a jog in the morning, on the stroller loop before lunch, a leisurely walk in the afternoon, exercising the dog in the evening, biking or rollerblading on the weekend – whatever your passion, there’s a path at Pathways ideal for you. It’s just one more way that this community is unique and exceptional. 

Where are the closest schools to Pathways?



An elementary school, St. Cornelius Elementary School, is at one end of Pathways. Right across the street is a secondary school, Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School, with a public library in the building. For public (non-Catholic) schools, the home schools for Pathways are Caledon East Public School and Humberview Secondary School. There’s also a Montessori School nearby, and King’s College School for alternative learning.


Where’s the nearest community centre?

The Caledon Community Complex is conveniently located right across the street from Pathways. It features two hockey rinks, six soccer fields, and all kinds of classes and amenities.


What are the homes like?



When you stroll through the picturesque neighbourhoods at Pathways, the charm and elegance of old Caledon architecture delights the eye at every turn.
